Description

Robert Mellon PhD, BCBA is professor of experimental clinical psychology in the Department of Psychology at Panteion University in Athens, where he directs the Laboratory of Experimental and Applied Behaviour Analysis. He currently serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of the Experimental Analysis of Behavior and the European Journal of Behavior Analysis. He served as president of the European Association for Behaviour Analysis and is current president of the Hellenic Association for Behavior Analysis.

In this seminar, Prof. Mellon will discuss whether punishment is an operation or a process, and the implications of this with respect to clinical practice in behaviour analysis. 

This presentation should be of interest to health and social care professionals working in the field of challenging behaviour, students of behaviour analysis and parents or carers who are implementing a behaviour analysis based programme.

A light lunch with vegetarian/vegan options will be provided 12.30-1pm. Please contact the organizers if you have any other dietary requirements.
