Update from DOCTRID IV International Conference

Society is moving towards a social model of intellectual disability, where the ability of people with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to contribute to society is being recognised, and the barriers which prevent their full participation in community, education and employment are being identified and removed.

DOCTRID IV Conference is coming!

We will address key challenges and future direction of research, policy and care in intellectual disability and autism. Discussions and workshops will be led by international experts in the field from academia, healthcare and service providers. Families, carers and people with intellectual disabilities will also attend to give their voice to the discussion.
